Diesel Shop Foreman (Fargo)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Service Manager on the completion of repairs
  • Prepare, maintain, and close repair orders as necessary
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of repairs while working closely with the customer
  • Work with the Service Manager in monitoring efficiency on each technician
  • Identify technician needs to help improve their skill level and work performance
  • Help answering overflow of incoming service calls

Requirements:

  • Prior diesel mechanic experience is required along with previous experience in a lead or foreman role
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work as needed
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s service department

Diesel Technician (Fargo)

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and completing preventative maintenance on all truck/engine types

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge related to diesel engine diagnosis and repairs is a plus
  • Day shift hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm 
  • Night shift hours: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
  • Ability to contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s service department

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and receiving parts using a forklift
  • Managing parts cores, inventory bin checks for accuracy
  • Pulling customer orders as required

Requirements:

  • Forklift experience with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Variety of customer service related to over the counter and phone sales

  • Replace and repair all truck bodies as needed
  • Some mechanical duties such as replacing radiators, real axles, springs, suspensions, etc. as needed

Requirements:

  • Frame and alignment background is a plus but not required
  • Willing to work with the right candidate who has prior diesel mechanical background
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
