Truck Sales Representative                    (Fargo & Grand Forks)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage territory by selling a wide variety of new and used trucks to new and existing customer base
  • Must be able to self-generate leads and opportunities by calling or visiting customers in the arranged territory
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from start of sale to the delivery of vehicle, resolving any questions or issues
  • Work with Sales Manger and Sales Team to determine correct fleet mix for optimal sale opportunities
  • Alternate Show Room floor days with existing Sales Team (Fargo Only)

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, able to pick up attention to customer details
  • Ability to learn equipment specifications to communicate effectively with customers
  • Medium and Heavy-duty truck sales/knowledge is a plus
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • Qualified applicants must pass a background and drug screening
  • Commercial drivers license a plus

Payroll/Accounting Coordinator (Fargo)

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll – Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for Fargo and Grand Forks locations, reconcile payroll to the general ledger, and manage payroll tax fillings
  • HR Administration – Oversee employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintain personnel files, and update HR/payroll systems
  • Benefits & Compliance – Administer employee benefits (health, life, disability insurance, and 401K) and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Accounts Payable & Receivables – Process daily incoming payments and cash receipts, vendor invoices/statements, and check requests
  • Additional Accounting Duties – Perform month-end bank reconciliations, process truck sales, calculate and file Federal Excise Tax, manage sales and use tax filings, and prepare year-end W-2’s and 1099’s

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of payroll and accounting software. Prior experience with Great Plains and Procede Software is a plus
  • Solid understanding of general ledger processes, payroll reconciliations and core accounting principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information and clearly explain company policies as needed
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • Requirement is an Associates degree in Accounting/Human Resources/Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

Outside Parts Sales Representative      (Grand Forks)

Description:

  • Forks Freightliner is looking for someone to join our parts team who can find and cultivate new business opportunities while facilitating growth within existing accounts. Responsibilities will include managing an assigned territory that covers the North Eastern ND and North Western MN area, making daily outside sales calls on various trucking related customers and prospects. The position also includes the delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships parts department.

Service Advisor/
Foreman

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our team of diesel technicians and ensure that all repairs are performed correctly and efficiently while maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager on the completion of repairs
  • Prepare, maintain, and close repair orders as necessary
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of repairs while working closely with the customer
  • Work with the service manager in monitoring efficiency of each technician
  • Identify technician needs to help improve their skill level and work performance
  • Help answering overflow of incoming service calls

Requirements:

  • Prior diesel mechanic experience is required along with previous experience in a lead or foreman role
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s service department

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge related to diesel engine diagnosis and repairs is a plus
  • Day shift hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm 
  • Night shift hours: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
