Responsibilities:

• • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and completing preventative maintenance on all truck/engine types

Requirements:

• • Strong working knowledge related to diesel engine diagnosis and repairs is a plus
  • Ability to contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s service department

Responsibilities:

• • Over the counter and phone sales
  • Stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories
  • Work closely with our service department to pull parts for repairs as needed

Requirements:

• • One to two years parts experience preferred however, we are willing to train the right individual
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask are necessary
  • Must be able to work Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm

• • Replace and repair all truck bodies as needed

Requirements:

• • Frame and alignment background is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

• • Shipping and receiving parts using a forklift
  • Managing parts cores
  • Inventory bin checks for accuracy
  • Pulling Customer orders as required

Requirements:

• • Forklift experience with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Service Writer (Fargo)

Responsibilities:

• • Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-in Service Department customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare, maintain, and close repair orders as necessary
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of repairs
  • Communicate with the customer regarding repairs and all charges while maintaining high customer satisfaction and standards

Requirements:

• • Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Diesel/mechanical background is a plus but willing to train
  • Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s service department
